A dated view of actions from the BEAC, COBAC and COSUMAF; each row carries an effective date, the institutions affected, an English summary beside the original French excerpt, the regulator action type, and a citation that links through to the full evidence record on the curated feed. Rows publish only after human review; fields without a sourced figure surface as “data unavailable”. COBAC appears in the regulator set so its empty state is visible; it is on deck for onboarding, never fabricated.
