This notice explains what we collect when you subscribe to the Weekly CEMAC Brief and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect your email address, the date and version of your consent, and the dates when you confirm or unsubscribe. We store one-way token hashes rather than the confirmation or unsubscribe tokens themselves. We do not expose subscriber emails in public pages or public APIs.
Why we use it
Your email is used only to send the Weekly CEMAC Brief you requested, to confirm your opt-in, and to honor unsubscribe requests. Subscription remains pending until you click the confirmation link.
Delivery and retention
Messages are sent from the fixed Google Workspace mailbox info@cemacstockexchange.com through the Gmail API. We retain subscription state while it is needed to operate the list and suppress future mail after an unsubscribe. We do not sell subscriber data.
Your choices
Every signup links to this notice, every confirmation message includes an unsubscribe link, and every future brief includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can contact us at info@cemacstockexchange.com about a subscription or privacy question.
